(a) In the event of cancellation on or after the 20th day (the 10th day in the case of a one-day trip) counting back from the day before the trip start date (excluding the cases listed in (b) through (e) above) → Cancellation of the tour within 20% of the tour fee
(b) In the event of cancellation on or after the seventh day counting back from the day before the tour start date (excluding the cases listed in (c) through (e) above) → Within 30% of the tour fee
(c) In the event of cancellation on the day before the tour start date → Within 40% of the tour fee
(d) In the event of cancellation on the day of the start of the tour (excluding the cases listed in (e) above) → Within 50% of the tour fee
(E) Cancellation after the start of the tour or no-show → Cancellation after the start of the tour or no-show: within 100% of the tour fee
